| Job Description |
Position Purpose:
Provide sound investment advice to Private Banking and Institutional Clients and assist the Group head in managing the group.
Responsibility:-
- Manage, motivate and coach subordinates on business issues and performance by acting as a mentor, monitoring their performances, providing appropriate feedback and initiating corrective action when necessary.
- Build a strong relationship with the private bankers and help the Group head in developing client relationships and assessing their investment needs.
- Support the group head in managing the existing investment portfolios by monitoring and analyzing those portfolios/ products offered and by evaluating and assessing current market environment.
- Study on a regular basis capital market developments and trends be it country risks, capital markets or real estate markets so that investment decisions are backed by sound and accurate data.
- Coordinate with Product Development, Research and Asset Management teams to access market views and cross sell companys products and services.
- Ensure compliance with all group policies, rules, regulations and guidelines. |
