Assistant General Manager

Job Description Main responsibilities:

• Serves in the stead of the General Manager in his absence.
• Ensure delivery of excellent service standards from staff, clients and sub-
Contractors.
• Direct the facilities and property projects within budget guidelines and
established time frame.
• Ensure Company guidelines are complied with.
• Manage manpower requirements within the division.
• Provide guidance and support in selection of vendors and negotiation of contracts.
• Provide high level client interaction and accounts management.
• Assists in annual budgetary preparations; researchers budget needs; compiles budget
data; negotiate budget terms; and reviews budget on regular basis.
 

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Requirements

• Bachelors degree in a business related field,
• MBA is highly desirable,
• Minimum of 5 years experience in a sales management capacity in the produce industry.
• Must have good understanding of mass markets with EDI systems to drive a growing business;
• Knowledge of inventory systems with perishable products is highly desirable; strong motivational, innovative, and interpersonal skills;

• Good Knowledge about the fire fighting industry
Experience 5 - 10 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Business Administration ( Management ) , PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt
Nationality Any Nationality
