Assistant HR Manager

Job Description 1. To coordinate and monitor entire gamut or all aspects of HR functions in the organization i.e. Manpower Planning & Recruitment, Training Programs & Career Development, Compensation & Benefits, Formulation/Implementation of Company/Employee Policies & Procedures, Performance Management/Retention methodology.
2. Should have a minimum of 2yrs and above in Assistant HR Managerial role.
3. Knowledge of UAE Labour Laws and previous exposure in handling HR Organization/s in UAE are a must.
4. A go-getter, with strong human relations, interpersonal and great organizational skills with a resilient drive to work under extreme pressures
5. Must have good Verbal & Written Communication skills
6. Well-versed in HR software systems implementation
7. Must have payroll processing experience in compliance with WPS requirements.
 

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile 1. Must have minimum 6+ years in HR with minimum 2-3 yrs experience in similar role in UAE.
2. Must have knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
3. Must be a graduate or a post-graduate in HR. Accounting and Finance background will be an added advantage.
Experience 6 - 10 years
Education PG - MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( HR/Industrial Relations )
