Job Description A well reputed MEP group of company in Sharjah requires a Business Development Manager. he will be responsible for Managing the sales and business development process to ensure that the company achieves sales targets in all sections of the company related businesses by delivering sales plans for the UAE & GCC markets. Gather and analyze market intelligence on new UAE & GCC projects and opportunities. Candidate with Ability to work independently to drive business development and marketing activities, coordinate major projects and deliver business growth. Must possess a strong technical background with an ability to engage in technical discussions with customers/partners. Knowledge of Arabic communicationis an added advantage.
 

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile -A minimum of 15 years in Business development for construction industry with at five years experience exclusively in contrcting company, carrying out mechanical, electrical, plumbing and drainage, air conditioning, fire gighting and low current installations and security systems.
-Knowledge to correspond & speak arabic would be an added advantage together with additional qualification in lbusiness management.
-Ability to scout works in the range of projects of AED 30 to 50 Millions, 1/2 to 2 1/2 years making upto 100 millions AED/yr
Experience 10 - 20 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering ( Civil , Electrical ) , PG - Master of Technology/Engineering ( Civil , Electrical ) , MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt ( Marketing )
