Job Description 1.Detects and calculate needs of the company by using U.I.Ps and procure goods as per specifications and at most competitive prices. Obtains usage forecast and promotion plans from the Marketing and operations managers of various brands.

2.Plans and maintains optimum stock levels and ensures no item is overstocked or under stocked.

3.Calculates and advises Finance Department about the Foreign Exchange requirements to enable them to arrange forward exchange contracts to cover exchange risks.

4.Demonstrates integrity, high personal standards and works effectively with diverse people.

5.To follow up on near expired items and coordinate with the respective departments to ensure sale and / or consumption of those items before expiry.
