| Job Description |
The incumbent will be handling the responsibility to manage and oversee the Legal Department of organization, along with its subsidiaries, and to ensure the provision of sound legal advice on local and international aspects concerning the organization, adopting a pro-active approach to protect it from adverse legal exposure. Define and develop new processes, systems and procedures for improved efficiency in documentation and direct the development of standard legal documents and templates, where possible. |
