The ideal candidate has to manage and maintain the conference and events calendar as well as budget and purchase of events/conference related items. Responsibilities: • Conduct competitor research, evaluations and reporting. • Help develop booth designs and related branded collateral. • Coordinate with the design/advertising agency on all print production. • Follow processes for executing the sponsorship and associated events. • Gather information on each project to achieve quality event productions. • Draft all communication text applicable to the events (invitations, letters, Internal announcement etc.). Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree preferred; though significant work experience can substitute for the degree. • Minimum 3 years of experience with office administrative management of which at least 1 year of experience must be in coordinating high profile events ideally in a bank in the GCC. • Proficient using the latest versions of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, mail merges, email and web searches. |
