FINANCE MANAGER

Job Description Reporting directly to the CEO the role is critical to the success of the overall activities of the corporation and its subsidiary manufacturing entities and takes ownership of the financial health of the same.
In the short term to improve current accounting and control frameworks, as well as maintain strict cost controls over budget and expenditure.
In the long term to partner with the CEO on Company strategy and business growth for presentation to Board of Directors.
• Oversee the preparation and review of statutory and management accounts, costing reports and drafting of guidelines for internal control and operating procedures as well as setting up of transfer pricing mechanisms.
• Advise senior management of the updated statutory requirements in applicable audit, tax and customs regulations and provide assistance in preparing quarterly forecast and annual budget including sales forecast, expenditure forecast, margin forecast and fixed assets register.
• Establish the financial systems and procedures and the automation process for the same as well as the training of new joiners and the development of existing staff

• Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting, CPA or ACCA qualified
• Broad in-depth experiences in all facets of financial operations and activities with at least a total of 20-year work experience 9 years of which must have been in actual managerial role.
