General Manager - Concrete Blocks Division

Monthly Salary (in US$) $6001 - $9000
Job Description -Manage the entire business with full P&L responsibility.
-Lead the sales & marketing activities.
-Ensure product & service quality through continuous improvement programmes.
-Monitor and measure performance at all levels in the organisation etc.
 

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile -Experience in running a concrete block and paver tiles.
-Excellent knowledge & understanding of the UAE / Middle East construction market.
-Strong technical knowledge of block production and construction materials.
-Degree in Civil Engineering preferred.
-Good commercial abilities and sound understanding of financial issues.
-Culturally sensitive and able to work in a multicultural environment.
-Fluent written and spoken English
Experience 10 - 25 years
Education Basic - Bachelor of Technology/Engineering
Nationality Any Nationality
Gender Male
