The candidate should have a leadership quality, be business oriented with solid management background, excellent negotiation skills, interpersonal and analytical skills. He should also have an excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to think strategically.
He must have good experience in furniture import and retail operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating commercial operations, developing strategies, formulating policies managing sales operations, implementing plans, managing staff, assigning duties and achieving targets.
Work closely with marketing, sales and other internal constituents on a day-to-day basis. Develops and implements strategies to grow the organization's business and market share.
Prepare necessary reports, metrics and periodic business reviews and discuss it with the Top Management. |
