For our reputed client a diversified group in U.A.E, we are hiring General Manager with 10-15 years’ experience in the manufacturing and engineering industry.
Manage and ensure performance of the unit as the profit centre head.
Consolidate, grow and develop the existing business by direct involvement in the sales and customer service processes so increasing the customer base, sales turnover and profitability.
Explore new business opportunities, new market opportunities and related adjacencies.
Maintain high service standards and seek feedback from the clients so that the business can effectively meet the customer-requirements.
Oversee the operational management and related requirements for smooth functioning of the business.
Set-up, oversee and monitor sales standards and performance levels of the sales personnel along with the sales manager.
Guide, motivate and coach managers and employees so allowing them to enhance their respective responsibilities.
Oversee human resources administration and related requirements of the personnel.
Maintain an awareness of the latest market trends to ensure that the company continues to take advantage of the latest thinking in these areas.
Skills
Experience in managing business unit for prefabs, fiber glass and portacabins.
Excellent knowledge & understanding of the UAE / Middle East construction market.
Strong technical knowledge in construction field.
Degree in0020Civil Engineering preferred.
Good commercial abilities and sound understanding of financial issues.
Culturally sensitive and able to work in a multicultural environment.
Fluent written and spoken English. |
