Job Description Responsible for all tasks related to Government Authorities; including but not limited to the following:

Zakat
Labour Ministry
Passport Office
Ministry of Foreign Affairs
Recruitment office (Istiqdam)
Ministry of Commerce
Municipality
GOSI

Specific Job responsibilities include:

Work with government departments in the areas of immigration, including processing documents for Ministry of Labor, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Immigration Office and any other Ministries required in full compliance with laws and regulations

Process pending applications for business visas, residence visas, exit visas and employment visa. Prepares and presents required documents to obtain, renew, and cancel entry permits (e.g., transit, visit, employment, group, and residence) for firm employees and their immediate family members.

Procure and renew licenses, approvals, certifications, attestations and authentications in order for our company to effectively carry out all business related insurance. Arrange and prepare all necessary documents, copies, charts and drawings to present to the government for approval.

Coordinate with appropriate agency for arrangement of labor inspections. Checks for anomalies in labor list and provide appropriate information and documentation to rectify discrepancies. Keep records for personnel for visas, labor cards and any other government documents.

Communicate all new laws and rules issued by Government, including a review of prices.

Assist employees, once approved, with arranging medical certificates.

When required, arrange Powers of Attorney and obtain attestation from the local Courts.

Arrange renewal of Company car registrations.

Assist managers with obtaining and renewing driving licenses.

Basic translation of documents between Arabic to English or English to Arabic.

Calculate taxes to be paid to the Municipality at the time of Trade license renewal, making savings wherever possible.

On an annual basis ensure that all correct documentation is place, and renew Commercial Registration Certificate with Ministry of Economy & Commerce, Foreign Company’s Registration with Ministry of Economy & Commerce and Trade License from Saudi Local Municipality.
 

Desired Candidate's Profile

Profile Candidate should have excellent oral and written communication skills and a fluency in the English language and be stable and reliable. The GRO will need a minimum of High School 12 years; a Bachelor Degree is preferred. Experience in a related field or 1 year experience as a GRO with good computer skills would be helpful. Ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of local labor and immigration laws and SAGIA experience, coupled with a broad knowledge of all aspects of company policies and procedures.
