| Job Description |
The Human Resource Manager will be responsible for providing support in the various human resource functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling. He will provide support to line management and staff with particular respect to disciplinary, grievance and absence to ensure acceptable levels of employee performance, development of skills and capabilities of staff.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree holder with specialization in HRM. The candidate should have a should have minimum 5 years experience in a senior HR position of a large, renowned JCIA-accredited hospital.
Demonstrable organizational and time management skills; a positive attitude to dealing with people; capable of working independently, and having responsibility as an individual with a high level of interpersonal communication skills. |
