Plan, direct and coordinate Human Resource Management activities of the company to maximize the strategic use of Human Resources and maintain functions such as employee recruitment, performance management, retention, talent acquisition, employee relations, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance in addition to personnel services such as labor management relations, government relations ( contracts…etc.) for all staff.
Provide leadership for the Human Resources function, develop and implement corporate human resources strategy and programs, advise the management on HR strategies and build the HR function as a strategic partner for the business.
The incumbent will be responsible for:
Providing leadership and strategic direction to the Human Resources staff with respect to human resources policies and procedures.
Co-ordinate interviews of shortlisted candidates and maintain a proper Interview Tracking database
Experience in dealing with recruitment agencies and job portals
Carry out pre-employment formalities for selected candidates
Co-ordinate the VISA process with Admin section
Be the custodian of the group's manpower budget.
Establishing goals and strategies for an effective performance evaluation system, linked to clear, performance indicators.
Organizational Structuring.
Aligning business plans and objectives into HR strategies, tactics and change initiatives.
Steering the organization towards a performance driven environment.
Promote execute education, develop learning strategies and ensure that the organization provides a platform that promotes learning for its employees. |
