My client based in UAE urgently currently seeking a Head Regional Operation Manager. The Head of Regional Product Operations will be responsible for managing and controlling all Operational Issues, specifically, Product Delivery & Support (SLA) and Project.
Duties Responsibilities:
�Manage teams consisting out of Product Deployment and Support Managers and Project Managers, DBAs and Solutions Architects;
�Work with the Team Managers, ensuring we have the right level of skilled resource, whilst managing against a resource budget;
�Retain the top staff and train/mentor the non-performers to improve productivity and remove from organisation if unsuccessful;
�Encourage a healthy team spirit and promote team synergy.
�Management of service level agreements (SLAs) with customers, including contract negotiations;
�Ensure on-time delivery of projects, through effective drive of the PMO, with emphasis on quarterly results;
�Accurately forecast project signoff and drive revenues in line with forecast to ensure that these are achieved;
�Drive quality of delivery, ensuring repeatability;
�Ensure project forecast is in line with hub revenue forecast;
�Work with PMO to refine delivery processes and procedures;
�Work with global Delivery Director ensuring best practice is followed. |
