| Job Description |
• Provide support to Sales
o Support the Sales team while promoting the company’s products, services, solutions and projects
o Identify customers requirements and clearly define the projects’ scope, deliverables and work
o Estimate projects’ delays, costs, required resources, risks… and write quotations for the Sales team
o Assist the sales team to present and defend our proposals
o Provide the necessary clarifications requested by customers regarding technical aspects of the proposals, products, services, solutions, projects…
• Manage projects
o Formally initiate the projects
o Define, plan, execute, monitor and control projects’ scopes, deliverables and work;
o Estimate, plan, monitor and control projects’ durations, milestones, schedules and delays;
o Estimate, monitor and control projects’ costs and budgets;
o Define quality Plan and ensure Quality Assurance and Control;
o Assign required resources, plan, train, manage, monitor and control projects’ teams
o Plan and manage projects’ communications and reporting with the customers, project team, management and all involved stakeholders;
o Identify projects’ risks and plan and manage risks responses
o Supervise procurement for Plan, manage, monitor and control projects’ procurements, contracts and relations with suppliers and providers
o Coordinate and integrate all projects activities
o Properly and formally close projects, including documentation, configuration, training, commissioning, lessons learned…
• Provide support to Customer Service: technical support…
• Develop networks of service providers (suppliers…) to enhance project management
• Contribute to enhance the project management capabilities within the company |
