| Job Description |
The job holder is responsiblefor:
•Plans, directs, coordinates and supervises the activities of the Corporate Planning and Performance Management Team to deliver team objectives and deliverables.
•Initiates and coordinates the development of the long term plans by facilitating General Management workshops to review corporte strategy, in terms of the Vision, Mission and the Corporate Strategy map.
•Initiates and coordinates the development of the Five Year Business Plan and the Corporate Balanced Scorecards, including the objects, initiative and risks, aligned to the long term plans, and presents to General Managment. Supervises the preparation of presentations for Shareholders meetings to obtain their endorsement.
•Facilities the development of Divisional objectives into a Five Years Business Plan and Divisional Balanced Scorecards that are consistent with Corporate Strategy Map and Budgetary allocation.
•Representative for Corporte Strategy and Performance Management at the Board Advisory Committtee. Also attends all Shareholders sub-committee meetings.
•Provides professional advice, support and guidance to the respective Divisions regarding the preparation of long term strategy, business plans and Balance Scorecard targets.
•Provides support and monitors the implementation of initiatives and systems aiming at introducing company wide improvemnt programmes and practices an ensures reporting of key performance data to Management and Shareholders as well as professional standards and industry best practices |
