To manage and execute investment banking transactions, develop and implement strategy and grow the investment business, which includes M&A and investment advisory services to clients, including major corporations and governments and Bank's own acquisition

⢠Implement investment banking strategy and identify new investment opportunities, products and services within the market place.
⢠Manage and perform M&A services, including target valuation, deal structure, fund raising and negotiation
⢠Provide advisory services to existing and potential clients.
⢠Manage develop information memorandum, presentations and communications with investors
