BPM Sr. Architect (2 positions)
Primary Responsibilities:
• Support BPM initiatives including – Account Opening, Account Maintenance Processes etc.
• Will work with the process and performance analytics team and business process users during process discovery and analysis
• Will work with the system integrators and development resources to conceive and deliver the technology solution required to execute the process
• Provide technology leadership and guidance to the platform engineering and infrastructure teams to deliver the BPM enterprise platform
• Will champion BPM as an enterprise-wide capability at organization
• Will integrate BPM with key strategic systems such as Finacle, FinnOne, Eximble, Oracle CRM etc.
• Will monitor performance of BPM system over its lifecycle
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• IBM Lobardi and IBM ILOG BRMS technical skill is a must have.
• Strong experience on Service Oriented Architecture and enterprise application integration for helping enterprise wide service integration
• Should have a well rounded technology background that spread across, Java, .NET technology stacks.
• Working knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle etc)
• Should have some knowledge of enterprise infrastructure including basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems (AIX/ UNIX, Windows), performance monitoring, etc.
• Should have experience in more than 2 BPM implementations.
• Should be able to drive BPM implementation from scratch
• Should self-motivated
• Should have strong experience in IBM BPM Advanced suite of products and related IBM BPM products Lombardi, Websphere Process Designer, Integration Designer , IBM Blueworks Live
• Experience in handling large engagements as an Architect leading the team of BPM Business Analysts, Developers
• Experience on End to End BPM Consulting services
• Experience in Understanding of Business Process Management and workflow
• Leadership , People management skills
• Exposure to Banking sector is preferred.
• Experience on defining and verifying IT Architecture for BPM implementations
Experience on Customer facing skills for business development opportunities for BPM offerings
• ILOG, Lombardi, IBM BPM Certification is preferred.
• Should be comfortable with current collaboration tools such as instant messaging and MS Sharepoint
BPM Process and Rule Developer (4 positions)
Primary Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with BPM Analysts, Technical Architects and Project Managers to build solutions that solve customer problems and deliver business value.
• Directly contribute to solution development in the areas of process flow, business logic and user interface.
• Lead solution playbacks to iterate requirements and implementation directly with business users.
• Apply business modeling frameworks such as Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) to solutions.
• Apply business concepts such as key process indicators, service level agreements, metrics and reporting to solutions.
• Control the flow of process execution, decision making and exception management across multiple organizational roles and systems/applications.
• Tailor user screens for each process activity to enable end-users to interact with multiple internal/external systems through a single interface.
• Build an executable process model that communicates enough implementation detail for direct execution while retaining clarity required for maintainability and business stakeholder communication.
• Proactively monitor Lombardi process execution and perform performance tuning. Understand how Lombardi interacts with the components of its application stack in order ensure optimal configuration and performance.
• Develop integration to other vendor products like Finacle, FinnOne, Eximble, Oracle CRM etc. using different integration technologies/techniques.
• Install, configure and manage an IBM WebSphere Lombardi Edition environment using core product skills and best practice methods.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Basic knowledge in Describe the solutions and generate the (BPM) architecture artifacts
• Experience in Develop business processes using Lombardi, IBM WebSphere Lombardi Edition, Lombardi Blueworks or another major BPM product
• Basic knowledge in Integrate an application with other applications using SOA/web services
• Experience in Application development experience in Java, JavaScript, DOT NET , Oracle.
• At least 2 years experience in Working knowledge of databases (SQL Server, Oracle etc)
Preferred
• Banking domain experience
• At least 3 years experience in Demonstrate ability to understand business problems and articulate a corresponding solution
• At least 3 years experience in Describe the solutions and generate the (BPM) architecture artifacts
