Job Description The ideal candidate should have 2 plus years of experience in IT Service Desk .
Mandatory Skills:
2. Should be able to handle service desk calls
3. Exp in hardware and software installations / troubleshooting
4. Maintenance of work stations, printers, IT equipments
5. Oman D/L compulsory
6. Windows O/S knowledge Indepth laptop and desktop support knowledge
7. MCSE Certification

The client will be in Muscat for a face to face interview on 15th & 16th Jan.
