Inbound Shift Manager

Job Description Core Purpose of Job

To manage a shift in the inbound facilities of either CPP1 & CPP2 ensuring daily accurate receipt & storage of all materials, packaging and ingredients and the subsequent issue of these to the respective departments in a timely manner following strict operating procedures and agreed services levels

Ensure that all necessary resources are available and that all activities are carried out in a safe and efficient manner
Support the inbound Manager to achieve continuous improvements in all areas of responsibilities

Areas of Responsibilities (AOR)

• To manage the team assigned to you in either inbound locations.

• To control and minimize waste of raw materials packaging and consumables

• To ensure that the inbound facilities are fully utilized

• Assist in the training and development of your team so the Company can achieve its Human Resource targets

• Ensure all Health & Safety standards are met and that the provision of safe working areas is maintained

• Ensure that all warehousing processes and activities adhere to the SOP’s and Company Quality Policy

• Request consumables required to ensure factory agreed stock levels are maintained
 

Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile Qualification

Graduate caliber (or level of Almarai experience commensurate with role), high level of computer literacy, SAP, Word documents, Excel Spreadsheets, Access database usage and understanding
Logistic Management Qualification

Experience
Minimum three years experience at Managerial level in FMCG warehouse environment

Skills
Ability to lead and manage a multinational work force
Man-management hands-on style
Good communication skills up to Senior Management level
Ability to priorities
Experience 5 - 15 years
Education Basic - Any Graduation
Nationality Any Nationality
Gender Male
