4-5 Years’ Relevant Experience

Avaya Telephony configuration and troubleshooting, Call Manager administration, configuration and troubleshooting, MS Windows 7, MS Office, LAN (Configuring and troubleshooting Switch/Router/Firewall, Crimping, Punching), Antivirus
