Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
HVAC DRAUGHTSMAN
- Duct layout drawings, chilled water piping layouts, HVAC equipment layout, HVAC sections, schematic diagrams, coordination drawings
- Draft piping for chilled water systems, VRF, split AC, etc.
- Ensure adequate spacing for duct routing, access, and maintenance.
PLUMBING DRAUGHTSMAN
- Prepare water supply layout, drainage layout, isometric drawings, riser diagrams, pump room layouts, schematic diagrams
- Draft layouts for cold/hot water supply, drainage, vent systems, and stormwater piping
- Indicate slopes, pipe sizes, cleanouts, and fixture locations.
- Coordinate routing with other services (HVAC, Electrical) in a congested ceiling space
ELECTRICAL DRAUGHTSMAN
- Draft layouts for lighting, power, fire alarm, and low-voltage systems.
- Develop single-line diagrams (SLDs), load schedules, and panel board schedules.
- Show conduit routes, cable trays, and wiring layouts.
- size cables and select circuit breakers based on load requirements
- Panel Dimensions & Mounting, Component Layout, Labelling and Identification, Wiring and Cable Management, Grounding and Earthing)
Desired Candidate Profile
- Demonstrates minimum of 5 years of experience in 2D drafting, specifically within HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Proficient in AutoCAD and other relevant software (e.g., Revit, MEP).
- Preferred candidates who have previous work experience in GCC
- Candidates with visit visa/Cancelled visa is preferred
