Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled 3 Ton Truck driver to join our team in Jebel Ali, Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operate a 3-ton truck to transport goods or materials to various destinations, following the planned routes and schedules. Ensure cargo is securely loaded and unloaded, adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

Load and unload materials, ensuring that items are placed in a manner that prevents damage during transit.

Verify that all required paperwork, such as bills of lading, manifests, or delivery notes, are in order.

Adhere to all traffic laws, road safety rules, and company guidelines while driving.

Follow regulations regarding the transportation of goods, including weight restrictions and load limits.

Communicate with clients and recipients to coordinate timely and efficient deliveries.

Address any customer inquiries or concerns regarding deliveries and handle issues professionally.

Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including times, locations, and conditions of goods transported.

Complete reports related to fuel consumption, mileage, and any incidents during transportation.

Drive in an energy-efficient manner to reduce fuel consumption and operational costs.

Monitor fuel levels and manage fuel receipts for reporting purposes.

Ensure that deliveries are made within scheduled timeframes.

Notify supervisors or managers of any delays or issues that may impact delivery times.

Assist with loading and unloading cargo, especially if it's a small or manual process.

Ensure that safety equipment like straps and ties are used when securing cargo.

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a truck driver or in a similar role.

Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE traffic laws, truck and equipments.

Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Knowledge of safety practices and standards in an industrial environment.
