Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop detailed 3D models and visualizations from architectural plans, sketches, or conceptual designs using SketchUp and related plugins.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project managers to understand project requirements and ensure design accuracy.
- Create high-quality renderings and animations to effectively communicate design ideas and project proposals to clients.
- Manage and maintain 3D model libraries, ensuring organization, accessibility, and adherence to company standards.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in design principles.
- Demonstrates proficiency in SketchUp software, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience, showcasing practical application.
- Holds relevant certifications in SketchUp or related 3D modeling software, validating expertise and commitment to professional development.
- Has experience in the architecture or interior design industry, with a focus on residential or commercial projects, demonstrating industry knowledge.
