Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality 3D visualisations, photorealistic renderings, animations, and walkthroughs for interior and architectural projects.

  • Translate sketches, CAD drawings, and design briefs into detailed, accurate 3D models.

  • Work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to develop and refine design concepts.

  • Ensure that materials, lighting, textures, and furniture details reflect project standards and client expectations.

  • Produce mood boards, conceptual visuals, and presentation layouts when required.

  • Manage workflows and maintain project deadlines with efficiency and attention to detail.

  • Continuously update knowledge of new visualization tools, rendering engines, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, 3D Animation, or a related field.

  • 2–4+ years of experience as a 3D Visualiser within an interior design or architectural firm.

  • Proficiency in:

AutoCAD

SketchUp

Adobe Photoshop

Lumion (preferred)

  • Strong understanding of lighting, materials, textures, and composition.

  • Ability to interpret architectural drawings and design intent accurately.

  • Excellent visualization, creativity, and presentation skills.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Portfolio showcasing high-quality, photorealistic renderings is mandatory.
