Civil Engineer – 5 Year Experience – Chairman Office

Role Purpose

We are seeking a young, driven, and technically competent Civil Engineer with up to five years of experience who can grow with the Chairman’s vision. This role requires a professional who is quick to learn, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of managing tasks with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate is someone who combines solid engineering knowledge with a strong sense of ownership, discipline, and ambition.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Support & Technical Execution

• Assist in the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects (buildings, facilities, infrastructure, renovations).
• Prepare technical drawings, BOQs, material lists, and construction documentation.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and progress reports to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Support senior engineers with design reviews and technical evaluations.

2. Site Coordination

• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, suppliers, and internal departments.
• Monitor site work progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and approved specifications.
• Identify issues early and recommend practical solutions to avoid project delays.

3. Compliance & Standards

• Ensure all work complies with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project guidelines.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

4. Reporting & Communication

• Prepare daily/weekly reports for the Chairman and Engineering Manager.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills

Education & Professional Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
• Maximum of 5 years of hands-on experience in engineering, site work, or construction.
• Knowledge of UAE construction practices is an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, and related engineering software.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and contracts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and site inspection skills.
