Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Installation and Setup: Overseeing the installation and connection of new AC’s & appliances, ensuring they are properly configured and functioning according to specifications.
- Troubleshooting and Repair: Diagnosing and repairing a wide range of AC’s, appliance malfunctions, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing issues.
- Maintenance: Performing routine maintenance checks and services on AC’s, appliances to prevent future breakdowns and ensure optimal performance.
- Customer Service: Providing excellent customer service by explaining technical issues clearly, offering solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Technical Guidance: Mentoring and training junior technicians, sharing knowledge and best practices in AC, appliance repair.
- Inventory Management: Managing parts inventory to ensure timely repairs and minimize downtime.
- Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and service calls.
- Safety Compliance: Ensuring all work is performed safely and in accordance with safety regulations and guidelines.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3 to 5 years relevant experience in appliance repair and maintenance in UAE.
- Strong technical skills in appliance repair, including electrical, mechanical, and plumbing systems.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot complex appliance issues effectively.
- Excellent communication skills to explain technical information to customers and colleagues.
- Ability to provide excellent customer service and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to lift heavy appliances and work in various environments.
- Accuracy in diagnosing and repairing appliances, as well as maintaining records.
- Ability to work effectively with other technicians and collaborate with customer service teams.
