Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems efficiently and accurately.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity and efficiency of HVAC units.
• Examine and test systems to verify functionality and compliance with industry standards.
• Consult with customers to understand their needs and provide technical expertise and solutions.
• Complete and maintain records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines to minimize risks and hazards.
• Collaborate with team members and share knowledge to improve operational proficiency.

• Order and replace necessary parts to ensure the proper functioning of systems.

• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree or certification preferred.
• Proven experience as an AC Technician or in a similar role for over two years.
• Thorough knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and repair techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail in diagnosing issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Physical ability to perform manual work, including lifting heavy equipment when necessary.
