Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning and HVAC systems throughout the hotel
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults to restore proper system operation
  • Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and equipment failure
  • Replace or repair compressors, motors, thermostats, and other system components
  • Test electrical circuits and HVAC components for safety and performance
  • Clean and inspect filters, coils, blowers, and related parts to maintain air quality
  • Ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer guidelines
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repairs, inspections, and maintenance work
  • Respond promptly to emergency HVAC repair requests
  • Coordinate with fellow technicians and other departments for efficient task completion

  • Ability to interpret technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and blueprints
