Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex air conditioning systems to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
- Perform regular maintenance checks, including cleaning and replacing filters, to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
- Install new HVAC systems according to local codes and regulations, ensuring safety and reliability.
- Calibrate thermostats and control systems for precise temperature regulation and energy efficiency.
- Respond promptly to service calls, providing exceptional customer service and effective solutions.
- Document all service and repair activities accurately for compliance and future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to provide cutting-edge solutions.
- Work collaboratively with other technicians and contractors on large projects to ensure seamless execution.
- Educate clients on proper usage and maintenance of their AC systems to enhance their longevity.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines to mitigate risks during all service operations.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2+ years of hands-on experience in residential and commercial AC systems is essential.
- Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations is a must for compliance.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus for diverse client interactions.
- Strong technical skills in HVAC troubleshooting, installation, and repair are crucial for success.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for diagnosing issues accurately.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Physical stamina to handle lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions is required.
