Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair various models of air conditioning systems.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems efficiently.
• Perform regular preventive maintenance on air conditioning equipment.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical manuals effectively.
• Coordinate with clients to discuss their air conditioning needs and solutions.
• Keep detailed records of all performed maintenance and repair tasks.
• Provide emergency repairs promptly to minimize downtime.
• Maintain inventory of replacement parts and initiate reordering when necessary.
• Train and oversee junior technicians and apprentices when required.
• Ensure all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
• Sustain excellent relationships with both new and returning clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC certification preferred.
• Minimum of two years experience in a similar AC Technician role.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, controls, and operations.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical schematics effectively.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.
• Physical ability to perform manual labor and work in various environments.
• Willingness to work overtime and on call to meet client needs.
