• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in HVAC preferred.
• Proven work experience as an AC Technician or in a similar role.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills for air conditioning systems.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical specifications.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and maintenance procedures is essential.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Physical ability to perform manual work and lift heavy equipment as needed.
