Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Manage administration tasks and scheduling for all sports programs.
Serve as the main point of contact for students, parents, and coaches.
Support coaches with session planning, communication, and logistics.
Oversee event management, including sports tournaments, workshops, and friendly matches.
Maintain accurate reporting, documentation, and attendance records.
Travel to other academy branches as needed to support operations.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations within the academy.
Desired Candidate Profile
Strong English communication skills (fluency required). Arabic is a plus.
Highly organized and detail-oriented.
Background in sports or sports administration preferred.
Passionate about football and sports in general.
Male or Female candidates are welcome.
Experience in student and parent communication.
Knowledge of editing, photography, or social media content creation is a plus.
Driving license preferred for inter-branch travel.
