Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title
Accommodation Attendant Accor Hotels Dibba Fujairah, Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily and scheduled cleaning of all common areas in the accommodation as per approved checklists.
  • Maintain high standards of hygiene, particularly in recreation and shared spaces.
  • Inspect rooms and facilities regularly to ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep.
  • Report and follow up on all maintenance issues promptly with the relevant department.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of linen, cleaning materials, and accommodation supplies.
  • Prepare rooms for new employees and ensure welcome kits are arranged in coordination with HR and Purchasing.
  • Handle employee complaints or requests regarding accommodation and report them to HR management.
  • Conduct scheduled accommodation inspections at least twice monthly and document findings.
  • Support HR department in organizing and participating in monthly staff engagement activities.
  • Uphold safety and hygiene standards in compliance with Accor policies and UAE regulations.
  • Ensure all accommodation-related operations run smoothly and efficiently, contributing to a positive employee experience.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in accommodation management, facilities, or HR operations.
  • Strong attention to detail with proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capable of handling multiple responsibilities efficiently and independently.
  • Knowledge of basic maintenance procedures and safety protocols.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Positive attitude, teamwork mindset, and high level of integrity.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with reporting or inventory systems preferred.
