Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing client accounts by maintaining accurate records of transactions, ensuring seamless communication and service delivery.
- Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely billing and follow-up on outstanding payments to enhance cash flow.
- Compile and analyze financial reports, providing insights and recommendations to support decision-making processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in account management or finance roles to demonstrate practical understanding of the industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP, showcasing technical competency in financial tools.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data and identify trends that influence client accounts effectively.
