Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports by gathering and organizing data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Support senior accountants in budget preparation and forecasting by providing relevant data and insights from previous financial periods.
  • Monitor cash flow and assist in maintaining adequate liquidity levels by tracking incoming and outgoing transactions.
  • Perform regular reconciliations of accounts, identifying discrepancies and working proactively to resolve them.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating a solid foundation in financial principles.
  • Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) is essential for managing financial data efficiently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions, to analyze and manipulate financial data effectively.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
