Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

Develop and implement account development plans aligned with FMCG sales and distribution strategy

  • Identify opportunities for market expansion, new outlets, and volume growth within assigned territories
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and key retail accounts
  • Analyze sales data, market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior
  • Plan and execute trade promotions, schemes, and visibility initiatives
  • Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure product availability and brand presence
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and target planning for assigned accounts
  • Strong understanding of FMCG sales, distribution, and trade marketing
  • Experience in handling distributors, retailers, and channel partners
  • Ability to execute sales strategies at the ground level
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Analytical skills for sales tracking and market analysis
  • Proficiency in Sales Force Automation (SFA), CRM tools, and MS Excel
