Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
As an Account Executive at Shipa Delivery, you will support the account management function by coordinating with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a junior-level role suitable for candidates with 0 2 years of experience, focused on communication, coordination, and basic reporting.
Responsibilities
- Support assigned customer accounts and assist in day-to-day account coordination.
- Communicate with customers to understand service requirements and share updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, support) to ensure smooth execution.
- Follow up on service-related issues and support their timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer data and documentation.
- Assist in preparing basic reports using MS Excel.
- Ensure adherence to company processes and service standards.
- Support senior account team members in ongoing account activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 0 2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or operations.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
