Roles & Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring their needs and objectives are met with excellence.

Develop and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to foster trust and repeat business.

Coordinate and oversee the execution of influencer, affiliate, and media campaigns from inception to completion.

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver data-driven content, PR, and growth solutions tailored to client goals.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to clients for continuous improvement.

Prepare and present regular reports on account status, campaign outcomes, and key performance indicators.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Amplify Growth s services to maximize client value.

Resolve client issues promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital marketing strategies.

Support business development initiatives by contributing to proposals and pitches for prospective clients.

Desired Candidate Profile

Minimum of 1 year of experience in account management, client services, or a related field.

Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer, and affiliate marketing landscapes.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused mindset.

Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a remote team setting.

Proficiency in using CRM software and digital marketing tools.
