●We are looking for a high-performing Account Manager to help us meet our customer
acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
●You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and
justifying those to plans to the upper management.
●Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing
trends and results.
●Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and
territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
●Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
●Maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and
demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
●Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
●Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base
and ensure its strong presence

Desired Candidate Profile

●BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
●Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting
or exceeding targets
●Minimum 8 + years sales experience in converged ICT & ELV solutions in the enterprise market &
minimum 4 years managing the team
●Proven track record for providing turnkey solutions, experience in handling tenders and RFP
●Experience of selling CISCO, Alcatel Lucent, Avaya, HP, Aruba or similar ICT / ELV products /
●Sales certification of Cisco, Avaya HP, Aruba or Alcatel Lucent will be a plus
●Experience of working in a multinational and multicultural environment is an asset
Candidates should have:
●Strong selling skills in large accounts as well as sound knowledge and experience in selling
complex IT solutions
●Understanding of business organizations and their buying cycles
●Technical expertise of portfolio/equipment are added advantage
●Strong interpersonal skills with regards to verbal and written communications, organization, and
conducting presentations
●Knowledge of LAN and/or WAN networks
