Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the accounts receivable aging report, proactively following up on overdue invoices to minimize bad debt and ensure timely payments.
  • Perform detailed reconciliation of customer accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies to maintain accurate financial records and build strong customer relationships.
  • Process and post customer payments accurately and efficiently, including cash, checks, and electronic transfers, ensuring all transactions are properly recorded in the accounting system.
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers, ensuring all required information is included and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a related accounting role.
  • Experience with accounting software like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to use formulas, pivot tables, and other analytical tools.
