We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Accountant Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in QuickBooks and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel to support daily accounting operations. Key responsibilities include recording financial transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, processing invoices, performing bank reconciliations, maintaining general ledger entries, and assisting with month-end and year-end closing. The role includes ensuring compliance with UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations, including preparing VAT returns, supporting Corporate Tax calculations and filings, maintaining proper documentation, reconciling tax accounts, and monitoring submission deadlines to ensure timely compliance. The candidate will proactively manage tax processes to ensure accurate tax treatment, complete documentation, and full adherence to UAE accounting and tax regulations. Strong knowledge of UAE accounting practices, VAT, and Corporate Tax requirements, along with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality, is essential.
