Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations, including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting. • Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing. • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Assist with budget preparation, cost control, and forecasting for aviation operations. • Reconcile vendor and client accounts related to aviation services and parts. • Ensure compliance with company policies, UAE regulations, and aviation authority standards. • Support audit preparation and liaise with external auditors. • Collaborate with operational teams to track aircraft-related expenses and fuel costs.

Desired Candidate Profile

Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in accounting (aviation or logistics industry preferred). • Proficiency in ERP systems. • Strong knowledge of MS Excel and financial reporting tools. • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and analytical skills. • Knowledge of UAE VAT and accounting standards.
