Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

* Handle day-to-day accounting including payables, receivables, general ledger entries and reconciliations. * Prepare project-wise costing and profitability reports for scaffolding rental and sales. * Prepare and review customer quotations for scaffolding rental and sales as required. * Perform monthly bank reconciliations and maintain accurate cash/bank records. * Prepare monthly MIS / management reports (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, aging reports, etc.). * Ensure proper recording and monitoring of scaffolding inventory. * Manage VAT and Corporate Tax compliance: calculations, workings, return filing and handling FTA portal tasks/queries. * Maintain proper filing and documentation (soft and hard copies) of all financial and commercial records including invoices, LPOs, quotations and contracts. * Assist in budgeting, forecasting and internal control procedures. * Coordinate with external auditors and provide required schedules and supporting documents. * Work closely with management to provide accurate, timely financial information and support decision-making.

Desired Candidate Profile

* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance or related field. * Professional qualification: ACCA Finalist / CA Inter preferred. * 3–5 years of UAE experience in accounting. * Mandatory experience in construction / scaffolding / contracting industry. * Strong MS Excel skills. * Hands-on experience with ERP systems and accounting software such as Xero / QuickBooks (or similar). * Good command of English (written and spoken); knowledge of Hindi/Urdu is an advantage. * Strong analytical and reporting skills; able to work independently and meet deadlines. * Comfortable working Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM in Ajman Industrial Area. * Male or female candidates of any nationality are welcome to apply; preference for candidates already based in Ajman/UAE. * Immediate joiners preferred. * Salary range: AED 3,000 – 5,000 per month (negotiable based on experience), plus company visa and medical insurance as per UAE law.
