Accountant – Contracting only Structure advanced building contracting

Manage full-cycle accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations

Oversee job costing and track project budgets, costs, and profitability for multiple active construction projects

Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

Process billing and manage subcontractor payments and lien waivers

Monitor and manage WIP (Work-in-Progress) schedules and over/under billing reports

Assist with payroll processing, including certified payroll for prevailing wage projects where applicable

Ensure compliance with tax regulations, construction contracts, and internal financial controls

Collaborate with project managers to forecast costs and track change orders

Support year-end audits and liaise with external auditors and tax advisors

Maintain and improve accounting procedures specific to construction operations
