Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage daily cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
  • Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients, and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure financial records align with bank statements.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to provide insights into the organization's financial health.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or cashier roles, showcasing a solid understanding of financial operations.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP, ensuring efficient management of financial data.
  • Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements, essential for accurate reporting and financial management.
