Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
Prepare and process invoices, ensuring timely and accurate billing to clients, and follow up on outstanding payments.
Manage daily cash transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies, while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
Conduct regular bank reconciliations to identify discrepancies and ensure financial records align with bank statements.
Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, to provide insights into the organization's financial health.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, demonstrating a strong educational foundation.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or cashier roles, showcasing a solid understanding of financial operations.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP, ensuring efficient management of financial data.
- Knowledge of local tax regulations and compliance requirements, essential for accurate reporting and financial management.
