Job Title: Accountant & Data Entry Specialist Location: Sharjah Industrial Area 18, UAE Company: B&K Middle East LLC Reports to: Operations Manager / Finance Manager Job Summary B&K Middle East LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Accountant & Data Entry Specialist to manage our daily financial records and inventory data. This role is critical for our e-commerce operations, requiring the candidate to reconcile sales from Amazon and Noon, manage wholesale invoices, and ensure our digital catalogs are accurately maintained.
Desired Candidate Profile
Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Financial Management
Prepare and maintain daily accounts, including accounts payable and receivable.
Marketplace Reconciliation: Reconcile monthly payments and statements from Amazon and Noon against internal sales records.
Manage VAT filings and ensure compliance with UAE tax regulations.
Process wholesale invoices for regional pet shop partners and track payment collections.
Generate weekly and monthly financial reports (Profit/Loss, Expense tracking).
2. Data Entry & E-commerce Support
Inventory Updates: Input and update stock levels across all platforms to prevent overselling.
Product Listing: Upload new pet accessories to our database and e-marketplaces with accurate descriptions, SKUs, and pricing.
Maintain an organized digital filing system for all trade licenses, shipment documents, and supplier receipts.
