Key Responsibilities – Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Maintain accurate accounting records and process AP/AR transactions.
• Prepare financial statements in line with UAE GAAP and IFRS.
• Manage vendor payments, petty cash, and bank reconciliations.
• Generate management reports and conduct financial analysis.
• Handle commission accounting and follow up with insurers for payments and refunds.
• Reconcile accounts for customers, vendors, and insurance companies.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax, VAT, and Insurance Authority regulations.
• Support external audits and regulatory filings.
• Assist in budget preparation, variance analysis, and period-end closings.
• Maintain organized documentation and collaborate across departments for data accuracy.
